About the team
Solutions is three engineers in Rotterdam who sit between the people buying Tessel and the people building it. We run technical evaluations, build the first workflows with new customers and bring what we learn back to the product team.
Most evaluations end with one working workflow on real data in two weeks. We want that to become one week, and we want every pilot to reach production.
What you will do
Lead technical evaluations with finance and operations teams at mid-size companies.
Build first workflows with customers on Postgres, Stripe, NetSuite and Salesforce.
Answer security reviews on SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, SSO and data residency.
Write the guides and example workflows that the next hundred customers will copy.
Bring patterns from the field to Product, with traces and numbers to back them.
What you bring
Four or more years as a solutions, sales or forward-deployed engineer at a SaaS company.
Hands-on SQL and enough TypeScript to read and change a logic block.
Experience explaining APIs, webhooks and permissions to people who are not engineers.
Clear written English. Most of our decisions start as a document.
Nice to have
You have worked with finance tools such as NetSuite, Xero or Stripe Billing.
You have run a security questionnaire through to a signed contract.
You speak Dutch, German or French. Many of our customers do.
Our stack
Tessel itself, plus Postgres, Stripe, NetSuite and Salesforce sandboxes for demos. We use HubSpot, Linear and Notion, and every evaluation gets its own workspace and trace history.
