Overview
The NetSuite connector reads transactions through SuiteTalk REST and SuiteQL on a schedule you set. Each new or changed record becomes a typed event with its subsidiary, currency and line items attached, and every poll appears in the trace with the cursor it used.
Accounting teams use it to match vendor bills against purchase orders, to post Stripe payout fees as journal entries and to send a Slack digest of invoices that are past due.
Supported records
Invoices, vendor bills, customer payments and journal entries
Customers, vendors, items and custom records through SuiteQL
OneWorld accounts, with the subsidiary on every event
How polling works
Tessel runs a SuiteQL query every two minutes and keeps a cursor on lastmodifieddate. Only records changed since the last poll are returned, so quiet periods cost a single request. Records edited twice between polls arrive once, in their latest state.
Concurrency limits
NetSuite caps concurrent requests per account. Tessel keeps to one request at a time per connection by default and backs off when it sees a 429, so your other integrations keep their share.
Permissions needed
Create a dedicated role for Tessel and connect with token-based authentication. It needs view access to the record types you watch. Create access is only required if a workflow posts journal entries.

Most of the time goes into the role and the integration record. Tessel tests the token before you pick records.
